Plan and prepare for effective communication with your project stakeholders
Service Description
Develop communication strategies and methods tailored to different stakeholder groups. Preparation: Project plan/information and stakeholder list (and any planning you have already done). Do some research into the newsletters, social media groups and pages, and any other communication channels specific to your area or interest groups. Follow up: Communication Plan Template, we will start completing this together and you can take it away and finish it ready for use to guide your communication with stakeholders over the life of your project. Advice is general in nature and provided as a guide. Maximum 2 people per appointment - one project per appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are by negotiation only and will result in forfeit of 50% of booking cost where agreed to. A no-show will be considered a cancellation and is not eligible for rescheduling. Where sufficient preparation is not undertaken by the client, Warm Corners Consulting is not liable for a lack of productivity, direction or advice being presented during the appointment. Where a document review is part of the appointment/service and appropriate time as outlined in the appointment description is not provided for Warm Corners Consulting to undertake the review, Warm Corners Consulting is not liable for a lack of productivity, direction or advice being presented during the appointment or through the document review itself.
