Identify your stakeholders and their impact on your project
Service Description
Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholders. Identify: -Key stakeholders and their roles in your project. - What categories they fall into. - How you will communicate with and manage them. We will draft a stakeholder list for your project Preparation: Bring your understanding of your project stakeholders. Follow up: Stakeholder List Template including stakeholder assessment and categorisation matrix. We will begin completing the template in the session. You can then continue with the list until finalised and ready for use. Advice is general in nature and provided as a guide. Maximum 2 people per appointment - one project per appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are by negotiation only and will result in forfeit of 50% of booking cost where agreed to. A no-show will be considered a cancellation and is not eligible for rescheduling. Where sufficient preparation is not undertaken by the client, Warm Corners Consulting is not liable for a lack of productivity, direction or advice being presented during the appointment. Where a document review is part of the appointment/service and appropriate time as outlined in the appointment description is not provided for Warm Corners Consulting to undertake the review, Warm Corners Consulting is not liable for a lack of productivity, direction or advice being presented during the appointment or through the document review itself.
